Comment: Retired R.N., turned ceramics potter, haven't worked past 2 years due to health problems.  so I stay at home and play in the gardens.  But i mostly play with my 9 (3 real)grandchildren.  My grandson's cousins and my son's goddaughter all heard him call me "Grandma, so they thought I was theirs, too.  My daughter's name is Leslie(Ray), she has a son, Micah, who will be a freshman at SMN this fall. He has 2 sisters, Mia, 4, and Lilly,18 months.  And,  if I wasn't so senile, I could probably tell you all the others' ages(20 down to 5).  My son's name is Jared(27 and single), goddaughter to one of the above.

I love to visit my two daughters and four grandsons in California. I lived there for twenty two years when my mother became ill and I decided to move back to Kansas.


I am now taken care of my daddy. He is 92 years young.


In 2000 I met and married my husband Jerry Watson and we live in Mission.

Forty years ago, I couldn't have imagined being a pastor! As a kid I wanted to be a doctor,  now I am a doctor of souls, serving a wonderful United Methodist Church (www.BaldwinFirst.org) in Baldwin City, KS - home of Baker University. Life is good. Randy Yeager (SMN '69) and I married right out of high school and have two amazing kids (one serving as a principle in Olathe and the other in nursing school). We have three amazing grandkids! We divorced after 20 years and are both re-married. We began as friends and remain so.





It will be good to be reunited with old friends! Well, not old... you know what I mean.

Comment: After a rewarding career in corporate consulting in the field of inclusion and diversity, I now spend my time volunteering.  We have lived in the Houston area for over 31 years and have one son and 4 grandchildren.  Ken and I will celebrate our 50th anniversary in January...hard to believe.
